There are tons of amps out there to fit your application and for an "all in one" situation, either of those you mentioned will work well for you IMO. Being that it is a "full range class D", a couple of advantages the Pioneer PRS may have are that it will be more efficient (easier on your electrical system) and it is very small in size compared to many other amps of the same power rating. I plan to try a couple of those soon myself as there seems to be a trend with these types of amps lately and I'd like to compare them with the more common full range class A/B.
BTW, one of my personal favorites for an "all in one" amp is the Alpine MRV-f345 and it is about the same price as the JBL or Pioneer.
