I'd recommend you wait a bit until an intake system is released by a performance company. If you like the ram air setup, you could then modify your hood with a hood scoop and funnel the air to your intake.
Currently there's a drop in K&N filter available for the 07 camrys. I don't have one so I can't comment on any gains it would provide.

That hood is just for looks. NO functionality at ALL.
