Your front component speakers are the most important part of the system. If you have not already bought the Rainbow's, DST's Peerless brand (made in Denmark) makes a superior 6.5" set with a cast frame for $170 at Madisound. Rainbow's high end line is incredible though with a price to match. I have not not heard many other sets coming close to these under the $400 level. You could also run a 4 channel amp, with the rear ch bridged. Remember that an inefficient sub with only 85 dB sensitivity will require much more power than one with 89 dB/1 watt meter @ 2.83v.
