Question How hard is it to replace Steering Rack on 1989 Corolla?

How hard is it to replace Steering Rack on 1989 Corolla? Mine is worn out and when cold it does not provide power steering until the engine is warm.. 315,000 miles on it.

No access to hoist, only a floor jack in my home garage, I see rebuilts for about $150.00

1989 Toyota Corolla SR5 2d/FWD carb.

Thanx..
