A couple of opinions.
SL2's are a VERY competant front stage, Is this for the SC?
The only issue i would really have is if you plan on using the Ele amp. I prefer a MUCH lower THD on the front stage. .05%, though it is inaudible distortion for our ears, its still there and the voice coil and crossover still here it.
The JL, though it is a monster amp is at .03%, alot cleaner for a front stage.
My choice if i was rebuilding my system right now, for an affordable front stage amp would be the Zapco 350.2 or even the 200.2
We are talking THD's of .01% and lower. Insanly underrated amps for thier price.
