New trunk set up : Phase 1

I started to get annoyed with the typical "box in the back of trunk" setup using up all my valuable trunk space and decided to experiment a bit.

My goal was to come up with something that;
-allows use of the 60/40 split seat
-access to the spare tire
-maximize trunk space
-clean, stealthy install
-economical

Here's what I managed to come up with thus far. It's basically a trapazoid box that will sit recessed in the wheel well with amps concealed in the back. It's not as pretty as Rayray's though. What do you guys think of the idea so far?

BTW- the sub enclosure won't be made of cardboard!
