I just can't let ignorance go when it comes to cars, I'm not saying I know it all, I certainly don't but the stuff I do. The guy who was trying to sell me the Yaris (I was interested) didn't even know the right colors for the liftback. He thought there was like three different kinds of blue but there's only two...I hear plenty of stories where the sales people are pretty clueless on a lot of stuff such as features and cars, but generally speaking, I'm not saying that to disrespect them or any sales people but...it just seems odd since that's their profession.

You'll be surprised. Some just ride the wave.. you know.. those customers that just come in saying I want this car, with these features in silver (haha). So all they do is write that down on the sheet and hand it to their manager.
Others are more professional and actually help you decide and choose your vehicle in YOUR best interest, not the dealers. Honesty works imo.
