^^^Power curve??? It's peak torque is 317 ft*lb. . . . .even if it was a totally flat curve, that still sucks out of a 4.5 liter V8 diesel. . . .
As far a "seeing" a turbo. Yes I see what looks to be a turbo but I cannot understand the routing of the intake tract (i.e. where is the throttle-body and associated piping? Under the intercooler, I suppose. Plus, there is no mention of a turbo). If this is truly a "turbo diesel" then  . A 4.5 liter V8 Turbo Diesel should have no problem producing 400 ft*lb.
