looking good Phi. it's all about the planning beforehand... and the cardboard helps visualize and in determining the dimensions and amount of material you'll need. whatever happened to that guy "tmanana" with the Solara and trunk setup. remember him? that was waay back. he had a similar setup to what you're doing. i can't recall where he put his amp though.
i think i'd find another place for your amp though. in enclosed spaces where there's no renewed air it gets hot real quick. i'm thinking of getting some fans or routing some kinda laundry vent tubing to my amps cuz they're getting hot in my enclosure.
my setup was the easiest i could think of. i didn't want to go through the hassel of building my own box so i just bought some prebuilt ones. after seeing Charinee's and reading all those tutorials... i'm thinking of going the 'glass route now and getting rid of the spare (i really need access to a garage). but for now... it's all good. try not to let it sit long unfinished like i did... get it all done and over with (after proper planning of course).
