My Mom, 79 years old, owns an 05 Xa. It is a great little car. I drive it from time to time, and really enjoy it because its a fun car. Her car new was $14034 exactly, but it has an auto-trans, and the weird rear spoiler. I actually was the person that picked the model for her, (not the car with the spoiler on the rear), but a different Scion Xa. Her car is very reliable, and averages in the high 30s for fuel mileage. The car also has a suprizing amount of room for 4 adults. Its not a fast car, but it sure handles like a fast car around turns.
