New syncros.. but you can try putting the car on jackstands and filling it up with 75W90 lubricant... that has helped a lot of people's gearbox including mine

AFAIK , toyota use 75W90 anyway in the 5th gen manual transmissions.
I couldnt get it here and used 80W90, bit harder to change gear but works ok. Depends on what the weather is like where you live, its warm here

What do you have in it right now?
You can also try Synchromesh.
But it's expensive.
Either GM or Penzoil

Depends.... Is your car auto or manual?
Automatic transmission you drop the pan to the transmission and replace the filter and gasket. Then add the ATF. Common Sense.

Manual there are big ass bolds on the tranny on is on the side of the tranny but to see them you have to remove the gravel guards. remove both big bolts : 24mm I think. fluid comes out the bottom...... Then you put that bolt back on then fill the top one till fluid comes out of it. then but everyting back on.

Not to be a putz, but if he's talking about worn syncros......

Make sure it's flat when you fill it.
Otherwise the level will be off.
And make sure you get the drain plug in the back of the transmission [differential plug].

Alright

Alright, I have a manual transmission, with virtually no mods at all. I guess a ghetto rigged air intake complete with a k&n filter. I have a muffler, I'm currently looking for some headers that will fit onto this 4afe engine, I found some online for 168$ I have pockets, just don't know if I want them to be that deep, any other ideas for that? I will get that fluid put it, unfortunately, I am not very keen on engines or elements, so I wll have to take it in to my mechanic. I will eventually start doing my own stuff, but until I trust myself, It's going to be done by a mechanic.
