Hey whats up im fairly new here, but i have a question and i want to know if theres anyone who can help. i bought a 1990 celica gts in february and everything works good except it shakes.
The shaking come froms the engine, however its not the mounts. It only does this when i brake, the shaking seems to go away temporarily when i press the gas or when i just fill the tank.
I have tried that, when i first start it has a bit of a shake, but after a while it goes away and becomes silent. Then when i put it in 1st gear it starts although not that much, its most noticable when i brake.
oh one more thing i went for a drive right now and the vibrating also occurs when i turn the steering wheel. i dont maybe this bit of info can help me out.
hah whats the difference between a vibration and a shake? if i had to say i would say its somewhat like a vibration. It only happens when i am braking, or when its idling.
