Need serious advice!

I have a 90 celica st (with 3sgte motor) and the champ is down.
Im going to change my pistons and upgrade using arias pistons.(Maybe still undecided) I am also going to mate the pistons with eagle rods. I have a completely stock head, stock ct26 turbo, and the block is ready to have work done to it. I also have a 3 inch exhaust system. My goal this year is to eventually hit the 300 horse power(with other mods too) and have room to uprade later to eventually hit the 400hp mark. Now here are my qsts:

1) How big should I bore? What other brands other than arias are good/reliable?
-I heard going .30 over will thin out the walls and eventuall crack it. Is that true?
2) After breaking in the engine, how much pounds of boost is possible using stock fuel pump and stock injectors? (I don't want it to detonate the engine).
3) At what pounds of boost should I upgrade to be able to use 550cc injectors and walbro or denso fuel pump?
