Gen5 7mge into 5th gen

Is it possible to put in the 7mge engine into a 5th gen celica, is the tranny well big enough for RWD? I was just curious, cause my buddy of mine has a 2jze engine and is going to put that in his 86 supra. It'd be interesting to have a 200 horse celica st.

I've read many threads questioning the 3sgte swap into a st, and to no aveil, i found nothing. It's been done, with lots of work. They say that the tranny well is far too small for the Massive AWD system. I would be better off getting the gt 4 and doing it to that. It'd be awesome to have the infamous Aww twack

australia has many a 3sgte older celica.

the E153 is considerably smaller because it has no rear output.
