hello everyone, i have a 94 celica gt L/back 5sfe 2.2L - when ever i start up my engine, it hesistate for a few seconds before the engine runs... also, sometimes i would need to press the gas peddle a few times to pump up enough fuel for the engine to start up and runs... what can be the cause of this?? CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

your fuel pump may be a little rusted and or corroded(sp) and that may cause your problem. That pump should be in your gas tank. This could be the cause but many things can also contribute to that problem.
Battery bad?
Dirty injectors?
Bad gas?
all sorts of things

i dont think it's the fuel pump.. maybe it's the injectors.. i have to take a better look around the engine
