May car is missing some fuses in the engine bay...........will this possibly have a negative effect of my e-test ?? causing me to fail? It is the smaller fuse box (located furthest away from the battery) has no fuses in it. What do these fuses do? __________________ 1990 Celica GT - work in progress 1994 Tercel
