the car was originally silver. the entire thing was taken down to the original paint, and in some spots, bare metal. then platinum silver was applied over the whole car. next, gunmetal was applied to the top half of the car. it was finished off with House of Kolor Kameleon Rose Metal Flake on the entire car in the first layer of clear, then 3 more layers of clear were added.

when it came out of the shop, the surface of the car felt like tapioca pudding because of the size of the flakes in the paint. it took hours of wet sanding and buffing to get it to be smooth as glass like it is now.

if anyone is considering having any kind of paint job done, i would HIGHLY reccommend my friend that did it. let me know if anyone wants his contact info, he works out of Newton, MA.

wow pretty damn nice ride you got there. i know nexgen is your team and all, but the one thing i would say is to take off the sticker, for some reason it doesnt flow with the car, maybee its just me.

but nice car either way
