Help! plz ignition problem

Today I tried to start my 94 toyota celica gt but it wouldnt start. I thought it was just that my ignition wired became disconnected. Then I tried push starting it....a couple of times. It didnt give at all. At one time I had 3 people pushing so im pretty sure i was going fast enough. The celica felt like it was trying go but it just died. Then I kept replacing the am2 fuse with a 30 but it kept blowing. I went through 3 or 4 fuses before i realized that it might be that wires might be crossed. If you have any opinions/thoughts/comments please feel free to share. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
