Question Antenna Help

I just purchase an power antenna from ebay and it didn't have any instructions. The antenna has 3 wires, green, red and black. Where do i put those wires in. Sorry, that is the information I can give you? Also I bought a generic antenna from Walmart and the black wire had a 12v sticker on it. I thought that wire was for the ground. Why is the 12v sticker present on the black wire?

No clue but why didn't you just buy a new mast and replace the old one. Its usually the nylon toothed strip thats inside the antenna mast that rips and stops the antenna from going up and down
