Keyless Remote

Hey is it easy to program a keyless remote for my 2000 celica? I was looking at them on ebay , just wanted to know if it was worth getting .

you looking at a new alarm, or the programmable remote?
it its a programmable remote along the lines of a LRT1 , its easy but very fricking tedious getting it just right as you have to be so careful when calibrating the base freq by turning the little screw.. end result is that it works though.. although dont beleive that you can use it for 4 different things... mine will open my celica, OR my MX3 , but due to the different freq range it has to be recalibrated each time so it can never do both at the same time
plus the lack of instructions doesnt help

I'm looking for a programmable remote. when i bought my car i didnt get one , its kind of making me crazy not having it. I found one thats like the VW/Audi with the flip keys. The site says it should work with toyotas but any idea how hard it would be to modify it so my celica key would fit in it?
