1994 celice jap st202 3s-ge

Hi all,
Just joined here and just bought my first Celica! Not having good week so far! battery went, backed into wall, blew a/c fuses, headlight went and couldnt find right model so had to make one!! dont ask!! Well now, driving to work today and warning light appears on dash - left side of panel - looks like pic of car with rear lights?? Sorry to seem such a 'girl' but can anyone help out? also anyone know where i cud get a basic owner manual that'll tell me what these lights are??
