She's dead

It's official. last night i towed my car to the dealership i work at. i got in this morning and saw a huge whole about double the size of a quarter in my bottom end. pieces of engine block and oil everywhere. The day of the 90 Gts are done

Awww fuck. I'm sorry dude, how'd it happen? I'll put money down and say that the connecting rod bolts caused the failure. So whats the plan now? If you're looking for a motor, Mega City just pulled one with 150k out of a black GTS. I saw it at their yard, Mega City 905 457 5713

Deep your so right, it's exactly that, a rod is still there, it's still trying to get out.
As for a plan, i'm screwed, i don't know.....maybe an upgrade to something maybe stock maybe sell for as "little" as i can get. don't know. school starts in like a month and flow haults to bare min.

Take it off insurance for a few months and use the money you save to throw in a new motor. I know the situation man, school/cars/girls they don't mix.

Already done on the insurance. TTC is it (......uuugghgh).
also do you know if any 5sfe will fit, whether it's from a camry or new gen celica, or what other engines there are to put in it, non turbo?

Long block should all be the same, you may have to swap over the throttle body and some sensors. Theres a guy here named kpsxtyone who had a good 5sfe lying around and if he still has it then he may practically give it away, heres his mail, give him a shout. romar001@hotmail.com
