Stumbling During Accleration

hey guys, this problem is really stressing and bothering me so much; when im driving my car, it stumbles or jerks when I acclerate. My dad and I already changed spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, and we're planning to change the battery, and ignition coil. You guys have any idea what needs to be changed or fixed if our plans don't work. PLEASE HELP

Thanks In Advance!!!

it sounds to me like a buck or a quick skip, does it skip at a steady rate or just buck once in a while when it starts doing it

it jerks hard and soft but it depends what gear I am in. For example, in first and second gear, it jerks kinda hard, so does on third, but on fourth its lightly, and five you can barely notice it. I would say a quick skip thats followeds with a few more

thanks for the help so far guys!!!

this sound like a bad MAF meter or TPS sensor
check the resistance readings... also check your timing
