i found a guy that just took out the engine of an 88 alltrac and all he needed was the block. he offered the head, turbo (including all to make it work), intercooler, and pistons for $300 US or 350 for all that and some balanced injectors. should i go for it? i havent seen the stuff so when i go to look at it, what problems should i be looking for? i really want this shit. this will make me a fast motherfucker.

the car he pulled it from had 45,000 original miles but some nasty rear end damage that wasnt worth fixin'

Whoa, if the car only had 45K then grab them quick. Slap on everything (including injectors) and get a 2bar map sensor from a 3sgte, copper HKS head gasket and and Intercooler and you're boostin.

yea the intercooler is included (its top mounted) he actually just called and said he could sell everything but the block. i told that i just wanted everything to get the boost runnin like it should. he jacked it up to 400 cuz he said it was a hassle but 400 is still a good fuckin deal

Bonus if he's giving you the I/C, piping and stock downpipe/catalytic. That'll save you an easy $500.

DAMNIT i cant get it. my dad just said that before i do all that trbo shit i gotta fix my power steering. there goes the money for the turbo. and the guy said if i dont buy it within the next coule days, he's sellin it on eBay.
