Gen5 Wiring Harness Help Please

I have a 1990 Celica GT. I just picked up a 1989 3SGTE, but the problem is that i need a wiring harness a USDM one. Can anyone please help me. Or is it possible that I can mode the 5S or 3SGE harness.
Please.

If you are looking for a USDM Celica 3SGTE harness, good luck.
Unless you buy it new, the chances of you picking up one are almost non existant.

The engine didn't come with a harness?
You need a 3S harness. The 5S one is missing some connectors you will need.
You're best bet is to try to find a JDM harness and lengthen it.
Try to get one for a ST165 GT4 though [87-89], as I believe the ST185 [90-93] has some different connectors.

What is RM?

Not to screw your sale, but a RC harness isn't all that much good for a reg 3SGTE ecu/engine.
They are slightly different.
You could cut the wires out that are extra I suppose...

Since you need to modify the wiring anyway, having a cut harness isn't TOO bad. I can repair it for you and make you a plug and play harness to install the engine into your car. The cost will be $450 including shipping back to you and the wiring supplies.

VT. (That's why my location says "VT")

I would be using part of the car's stock harness and part of the engine harness. It takes me about a week.

I'm pretty sure that the '89 3SGTE used the same ignitor as the '90 5SFE, so yeah.
