GTS Idler Pulley

Hi,

I'm a new member of the Toyota Nation, and looking for some advice. My 2000 Celica GTS (98K) is a stock version. Today the idler pulley started screaming. This doesn't look like much fun to replace. Has anyone encountered the same problem? And if so, what's the best way to replace the idler pulley?
