Code 26

I have a code 26 rich condition.

I have been going through the recommended trouble causes as I can.
I just did one to check the main oxygen sensor where you warm your car at 2500 rpm's and then check the voltage flucuations for 10 seconds between the e1 and te1. If you get more or less than eight flucuations it means something but I got zero. I think that means replace the oxygen sensor but does anyone know for sure?
If you replace the sensor and still get zero you have to replace the ECU. At least that is how I understand it.

Also there is a voltage check between the vf1 and e1 where if it reads over zero to replace the oxygen sensor.
Looks like I will be replacing the sensor.

E1 And Te1 Terminals Are Used For Diagnostic Purposes Only, you Cant Check The Oxygen Sensor Useing These Terminals,to Check The Oxygen Sensor You Need An Occiliscope,or Take Out The Oxygen Sensor Find The Signal And Earth Wiring, useing A Volt Meter Put The Sensor Tip Into Direct Flame, this Should Make The Oxygen Sensor Produce From 0.8-1.1 Volts, If Its Not In That Range Throw It In The Bin
