GTS engine knocks 5SFE ! help

Hi everyone ,

I just bought a 90 gts its cheap with good body but seller says something wrong with the engine ,with most parts removed and in the trunk , so I put them back together with the aid of the book from kragen and constantly looking at my other celica 86 gts .Put a new battery and all the liquids ,.......one click .....starts right away but .....there was a loud noise from the engine,I know this engine dont have chain but belt ,....but the sound is like a chain grinding to the wall of the engine .

This car always starts one click .
Please help me identify that noise , re-build , replace or just fix that noise ?

Sounds Probably Like A Timing Belt Tensioner Or Idler.most Probably Is!
