94 celica starter

i have a problem with my starter. it'll take me like 10-20 tries to get it started.
all i have is a click noise. it's not the battery because it's only a month old.
i heard that instead of changing the whole starter, there are some brushes inside
the starter that you can change. cost like 10 bucks at an auot part. pretty much
rebuilding the starter.

Not brushes but contacts. There are several threads about this and how to repair it. Even a few FAQ's, like this one.

never rebuild struts on your own. it's possible.... Better in every area to buy new struts/shox. Struts are the second most important thing on a car. = keep tires on the ground.
