ya, what is the differance??

becuase, most performance parts says GT only or something

for example

injen intakes
and
greddy exhuast

The Engines are different for sure. I'm not sure about the engine terminologies.. but I know the GT shares engine with the 2003 Corollas and Matrix XR, and the GTS shares engines with the matrix XRS. Totally different engines = totally different parts.

Ren, 6th gen Celis ran from 94 to 99, the 7th gen runs from 00+. 7th gens came with a 2ZZ(180HP)/6spd or sportshift/rear discs for the GTS and 1ZZ(140HP)/5spd or auto/rear drums GT.

The 6th gen GTS was only available in Canada which is why you only see GT on US manufactuerers application lists. There is no diff between a fully optioned US spec GT and a Canadian spec GTS. This means you can buy GT parts and they'll fit your GTS.

Edit: I hear somthing about the US cars having a taller final drive, so they'd be a bit quicker, but I'm not a 100% on that one.
