Tvis Remove Or Not?

i have a 3sge and have it apart for the rebuild to and le my turbo i put on it and im wondering if should take th TVI out of it and fill the holes and grind out the dividers or leak it alone?

ive heard taking it out gains performance but im still not sure

Nop . Removing TVIS will lose lowend. TVIS doesn't limit high end until high HP, I think its above 300HP.

correct again fred theres no need to remove it. Unless your making 300+ or even thinking about making that kind of power.

as for that swap... I've read that people have done the infamous 3sgte swap on the GTS but what about a plain out ST...the cost seems far to much for anyone to really grasp, but just thkinking of the end product is amazing.
