^Follow that instruction. Remember to do it smoothly. Don't floor it and don't go high RPM until oil get warm. The coolant temp gauge is a good indication of when the engine is warm enough.

Regular oil, cheap and oil change in 1500km<-what ever it is in miles.
Don't switch to synthetic until 20000km.

That break-in procedure is NOT running the engine hard at all. Bring it up to redline slowly, NOT flooring it to WOT from 0 and power shift it all the way up.
Also after rebuild, you should have all new bearings too. Its not a rebuild unless you get all new seals, bearings and gaskets. Remember all the bearings should have NO contacts with the shaft. So the break-in process got NOTHING to do with the bearings. Only the piston rings need break in.

Read the site again. They run it but not hard. They never tell you to floor it from a stop.

Read through the websit a few time and follow their instruction.
I won't waste my time retyping everything they got.
