Hybrid axle installation

Having a problem with my axles I have mr2 inners & alltrac outers, they seem to be too short number one, and number 2 is I don't know how to put them Together, every time I put them in place the balls fall into the cv boot. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong, or how to install them properly. I read the bgb on it I know I'm not slow but I just don't know what I'm missing.

Got them with the tranny

I bought a 93 e-153 tranny with lsd

nice thing the tranny came with the axles. Mine didn't, if you would have lived close to me, I would ask you if I can borrow them to get some custom ones made. Dam, what good is having the lsd tranny if you can't use it.

Thanks guys I went to a local guy who put them both together for 30 bucks, I'm back on the road so now I need to just break in the new clutch so I can tell you guys how she drives
