You can have it rebuilt by a turbo shop.
Or you can get a new or used one.
All turbos are different.
Some turbos are interchangable (from MR2 turbo)
New turbo from toyota will cost arm and leg.
Some aftermarket turbos are bolt on, perform better, cheaper.
Some will sell as a kit.
A kit will replace turbo, downpipe (section of exhaust pipe that connect to the turbo), and/or exhaust manifold.
What year is your Celica?
Tell us more about it and we can help.

its a ST185, 1991
Engine swaped to 1995 Celica 3sgte
Turbo is ct26
i live in middle east. here, there is no turbo repair shop or even turbo shops around. we have a club who have turbo cars and they import aftermarket parts, and know how to work on turbos, and i had a big fite with them on some issues, so no chance taking the car to them.

there was another mechenic i know, he hasnt persay worked really on turbos but he said he can repair this turbo but he needs the seals or turbo and he seemed confident.
now the leak isnt air leak but its oil leaking. i dont know how and from where he found out the leak. i took the car for distributor oil leak repair, and that leak is gone, but i still can see oil leaks not from the engine!

the engine swap was not done clean, but anyways, i will try to take some pix of the engine and post it here!

Check the oil leak again and make sure you what you really need is a turbo.
Check the shaft play of the turbo too.
Wiggle/push/pull the compressor blade around and see how much play it has.
It should feel tight and spin freely.

If you just need a replacement (bolt on) turbo.
ATS racing (in US) can ship the CT27 turbo internationally.
They are very reputable and reliable.
Here is more info on CT27
http://www.atsracing.net/
By the way, CT27 is an upgrade CT26 that will outperform CT26.

indeed those are nice, but they cost a fortune for me atleast. but lemme see if the turbo can be made, if its wobling and stuff as you said. and then decide on if i actually need to replace the turbo, then i could go to UAE(the biggest scrap shipments from Japan in the world come to UAE Sharjah) and try to find myself a used 7m turbo or something. or maybe see if i could get a greddy turbo kit from a preinstalled car!

7MGTE turbo won't fit. It is single entry. Your manifold is twin entry.
Try to find the same turbo you have (from 3rd gen 3sgte, 94+ Celica GT4 or MR2)
It is a good turbo. Otherwise, turbo from 90-93 ST185 or 91-93 MR2 will work just fine.
