Newbie with a 05 GT-S Celica questions on radio mods and cold air intake

Any tips on getting behind the stock in dash 6 disc changer so I can add a jack to plug my MP3 player into it. I finally found a compatible part and before I start poking around I was wondering if anyone else had tried this? I was also thinking about replacing the whole unit with an in-dash DVD player with retractable screen.

I was also wondering about getting a cold air intake for the 05 Celica GT-S I have the manumatic transmission 4-speed automatic with steering wheel buttons for shifting. I know, I know, should have got the 6-spd manual, but I drive this thing every day on the 405 freeway anyone in SoCal will know why I did what I did.

Any tips or pointers for good information sites or even shops that do mods in So Cal would be greatly appreciated.

injen intake and trd exhasut sound great together...I also recommend u get headers when doing air flow mods. Anyway, getting behing your deck is simple. Where the shifter is...pull the silver plastic trim up (right in fort of the power windown and locks) and the center console trim will pop out....take it all out bit by bit clamp by clamp. Be sure that when you are pulling out the top not to pull t hard or you might cut the clockwire...then you will have access to all.
