gen7 engine stalling

i recently got a 2000 GTS and it runs very nice but once in a while the engine stalls on me, not in idle but when driving, earlier this morning it stalled when i was crusing at about 40mph. Its not a huge problem cause I just simply put it in gear, reselase the clutch and she will start back up without having to stop but its really annoying. The car is in really good conditions and doesnt seem to have any engine propblems or missfires, the engines sounds like its running perfect and ofcourse I am using premium gas. Any idea as to what this could be?

I am not sure I am gathering what you are saying right... are you saying that it is stalling when you aren't in gear and the clutch is in?
