95 Celica ST 7A-FE head bolt torque?

Hello. I am just about to put the head back on a 7A-FE that I'm rebuilding for a family member. I don't have a manual or anything so I was hoping that someone could provide the correct head bolt torque for me. Thanks.

There are 3 steps to tightening the head bolts and a sequence I will try to show the order by numbers but first the steps are;

1. tighten all to 22 FT. LBS.
2. tighten an additional 90 degrees
3. tighten an additional 90 degrees

now the sequence;

(8) (7) (1) (3) (9)
(10) (4) (2) (5) (6)

In case you have forgotten the longer bolts go to the exhaust side.

Thanks. I just got the head back on this morning. Now... another thing. Cam timing marks? How do they line up?

Bring the timing marks to the inside to where the marks line up with each other (left gear mark will be in the 3 o'clock position and the right gear mark will be in the 9 o'clock position)
