can side marker be cleared??

for the 1990 Celica side marker not the signal light... can the side marker be cleared without having to pay for a new JDM pair?? so so is there a way?? plz tell me in a detail way and material i need if you can step by step is possible =D thnx

I tried this a while back... a long while back

I saw it on some guys website that was actually able to do it (sorry link is lost)

anyway, I wasn't very successfull, cracked stuff I didn't want to crack... so I bought a 7th gen lol
