Nub Question :D Bulbs for 94-99 Celicas

i know this is a nub question hehe but im a new 95 toyota celica gt owner and i wanted to know if there'd be a difference with the lighting if i were to change it? i dont have the money for the JDM celica headlights that arent sealed beam. but yeah what bulbs do 94-99 celicas use for the regular headlights and the high beams? and would there be a differnece if i tried to put blue xenon bulbs (hid replicas) since the headlights are stock sealed beam? sorry for the nub question lol thanks though for the help
