Headlight problem

No headlights Turn signal, flashers ok I changed the headlight relay but didnt help. all fuses look ok. Time to pull the the streering wheel and check the switch? Thanks in advance, 85 Celica st

do the lights come up and not on, on but not up, or nothing happening at all
the lights can be manually cranked up, just remove the rubber caps behind each light and turn the red knob to raise and lower them
might be soemthing in there, my family's old 84 has a problem where the left turn signal doesn't automatically go off after a turn, right one does though, so you might want to check the switch.
