1990 Celica Gt - Cruise Control

Hey Guys how u doin...havn't posted in a while....I'm actually asking on behalf of my bro and his 90 Celica GT.....On startup of the car the cruise control light on the dash flashes intermittently and thengoes away....The cruise control doesn't work.....did a search and suggestions that it could possibly be e-brake slightly catching or something doesn't apply. Now he was on his temp spare on the right front wheel for a few weeks but he doesn't use cruise he never noticed it didn't work or for how long as he never uses it).......The regular is back on.....and i noticed it when he gave me the car to fix up and sell it for him...( looking for help as to what it could be.....possible vehicle speed sensor or somethin similar, not sure...hoping someone here can help......Thanx

Oh and I also joined celicatech.com......but unfortunately the BGB Volume 2 (body, chasis) portion for the Gen 5 link is no longer working....anyone can point me to a working link or site that has one would be really helping me out.....Thought TN would have it, but no luck

The system is vaccum activated, there may be a leak

Open the hood, look to your left hand side, very corner, you'll see a funy shaped black plastic box thing. It has the accelerator cables going to it.

Check the vaccum line coming to it.

If yuo happen to fix the problem, could you let me know, I havnt been able to find it on mine. lol
