Smile Valve size for 1994 3S-GE III (before BEAMS).

Does anyone knows the Intake and Exhaust Valve Diameter of the 1994 3S-GE (Manual)?
I am in need to order a custome made exhaust joint, and they are requesting these data. I have to use my car daily, therefore not able to disassemble the header to measure them.
Please kindly assist me on this~
By the way, does anyone knows this Engine's CAMshaft data? Such intake lift degree, duration and exhaust degree and it's duration?
Thanks a lot~
