If some one can tell me how to adjust the power steering belt I would be greatful. Have looked for an hour and cannot see any adjustment bolts or screws. Thanks

Since you are asking in a Celica forum. I'll tell you how a 4afe power steering belt adjusts- The actual pump is what moves to tighten the belt. there is one bolt up top. and one under it, have a friend push the pump towards the firewall to tighten the belt. Then with shill tighten the two bolts back up. Don't tighten too much otherwise you can wear out the bearings.
