What I do when the kids mark the leather is use very hot soapy water and a rag, you can use the regular dishwasher soap and rub firmly.One small area at a time. Be patient.
Although with all those chemicals you've tried, the fabric's finish may already be worn.
Acetone is like acid to leather finish. What's the fabric anyway? Leather, cloth? vinyl?
You may want to see what type of ink was used. if it's paint it won't come off.
To dissolve sharpie stains I use a dry erase marker, works on some surfaces.
Try it on this one if nothing else works.
