The american car manufacturers do not make decent cars. If they did at affordable prices (e.g. Tesla Roadster), I would buy it, but until they do, I will be using my Toyota Avalon.

By the way, someone should move this to the general forum.

Not only that, most "American" cars are made in Canada or Mexico (where the cheap labor is).

Toyota builds quality reliable cars. I guess thats why alot of people buy them. Especially Asians. lol. Most people that plan to spend the money on a car wants something they can rely on to get them from point A to point B. So they choose the Toyota Way to get them there.

There are a few Toyota plants in Canada. Sure Toyota pays their employees well and gives them good benefits which is why you never hear of strikes at Toyota plants. Its mainly with the engineering behind the vehicles and not of where the car is built but that does come into effect but its a very small amount.
