Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I was thinking of something ceramic to minimize the dust.

Now if you need better stopping crossdrilled and slotted rotors are the way to go. I have never tried them but I do have cross drilled ones on my motorcycle and it's freagin' awesome.
