...using the S2000 antenna can replace the original one in Y2K Celica? I just saw a Red GT today with a chick driving it and she has the S2000 antenna. I wonder if she's in any of the message boards. :roll:

I only did it cuz it looks a lot cleaner than that god-awful lightning rod they use for stock. >8)

Exactly! I have hated that fugly antenna since the day I got my car... makes me wonder why we didn't get the JDM style antenna or an antenna integrated into the rear window.

Well, technically we *do* have the antenna built into the rear window.. (looks like one of the rear defroster lines).

Only thing is that it's not very powerful. Which is why it seems like that rear window doesn't exist when you remove the regular antenna.
