Gen5 Right hand drive conversion

I just had my 3sgte jdm front clip delivered from japan and now that every thing is here my engine is going in the shop for a port polish and high performance rebuild. This is all good but the reason why I bought the front clip is so that I can convert to right hand drive. In the last couple of weeks I have heard alot of different answers on if this is a reasonable thing to do. I want to do it if the price is o.k. but no million dollar jobs here. I have a friend that is willing to do it but he is no body shop guy and I heard that the firewall and front strut areas have to be removed and then the one from the clip re-welded in. But where my problem is, is I heard if not done right then one the integredy of the car is sacraficed and two the car can pull to the right or left if not installed right. So I ask has anyone done this or is this some sort of pipe dream. If anyone has done is maybee you can get me some pics or maybee even a write up on it. Any thing would be great because I can't really go any further untill I know if I can do this or not. Also does anyone know where I can come across a whole alltrac rear diff. so I can convert to all wheel drive. Much thanks to anyone that can assist me in my problems.

hay pineapple thanx for sending me to that thread I have read it but not all the way through I guess it had what I was looking for when I read a little bit more. I guess it does make a little more sence to get a jdm celi imported than to go all out on the GT. It would take about the same or more to do the conversion myself, probly more to do the rhd conversion too. I found the 90 gt4 for $5200.00 and that is with shipping. Damn I guess I was to ignorant to even think of the possibility of buying the alltrac from the otherside of the world I guess it just sounds expensive. But now that is the plan to get rid of the GT and buy a JDM alltrac and then take the fully built 3SGTE that I have and wait for the car and a plus is that I will have a second engine to fully build for that one day I blow up the first one. Now the only thing is that I have a front clip with the whole RHD set up if any one is interested hit me up it will go for cheap or E-Bay will get ahold of it. Once again thanks for the slap in the face to wake up pineapple now its time to smoke and wait for the ride to show up.

Are you currently importing an entire car now??
Make sure you read up on laws reguarding RHD in a LHD nation. I don't know where Prescott is but it sounds like it's in Canada, Hopefully it's easier than in the US of A.

all you need is the firewall to be swapped don't mess with the suspension.
