new to toyota

hey everybody. i have a 94 celica with a 1.8liter 5 speed. basically i am new to the whole import thing. im really a FORD kind of guy but i just got the celica and im wondering what kind of relitavly cheap mods there are out there for it. i know on my ford bronco i did a pretty basic tune up....9mm wires, platinum plugs, msd cap and rotor, and i advanced the timing, along with a free flowing intake and exhaust....so basically im wanting to know if these things would be a good start on the celica. especcially the timing part...as in what would be the ideal setting. the base time is 10degrees BTDC...any help would be appreciated

1.8 7afe? Ugh. Swap in a silvertop 4age. I wouldnt waste my time with cheap mods if I had an ST.

It's the 7A-FE, not the 1.6L 4A-FE
