Sorry I forgot to post back, But I replaced the Clutch Master Cylinder (and bleed it) and nothing happened. I then replaced the Slave Cylinder (and bleed it again) This fixed the problem. I now can shift smoothly once again..
I think I might have over reacted to the fork moving around as I was told by another Toyota owner that he had something similar happen to him and after he replaced both those parts like I replaced, it wound up being his Clutch Fork was Bad and he needed to remove the tranny to fix it
